Do you really offer FREE shipping?!?
On all orders over $12 bucks, I sure do. I think it’s really annoying when you’re about to buy something and the shipping cost jacks up the final price another $5-10 buck. Lame. All domestic orders over $12 bucks will receive FREE first class shipping.
How long until I receive my order?
I will process and ship every order within 48 hours of receiving payment. Standard shipping time for Domestic orders will take approx. 5-7 Business Days. International orders will take approx. 7-10 Business Days. However, if you just can’t wait that long, I will gladly assist you with a faster shipping method! What’s your return policy?
I will accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date. Items that have been worn, stained or damaged in anyway by the customer are deemed nonreturnable. Please include your contact and order information as well so I can assist you as quickly and effectively as possible. Your returned item(s) may also be exchanged for credit towards a future purchase. What forms of payment do you accept?
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is your online store?
My online shop uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to place an order in my online shop. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
